Minimum hold bachelor (S1) degree from any reputable university, preferably majoring in Mining engineering faculty.

Experience at least 5 years as PM & KTT in Coal Mining Company

Posses POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) atau POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate from Dept ESDM

Well understanding about mining operation (facility/equipment/manpower)

Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan

Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result

Able to make a plan execution, including production mining analysis and cost

Able to prepare reports to authorized bodies in mining industry ; prepare and handle report presentation

Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills

Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate/ government

To be located on Site with rotation schedule
