Sales / Marketing Manager (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• All aspect in trading businesses, especially oil and gas products and contracts;
• Develop and expand the market in Kalimantan and other potential market;
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication with customers and other related parties;
• Develop and maintain good administration and documentation;
• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) ; and
• Develop and coach the sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in sales and trades of gasoil and related products for minimum 5 years;
• Understand the oil and gas products;
• Honest, trusted , good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
Logistic Manager (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• All aspect in logistics, especially oil and gas;
• Handle and ensure all logistic and field operation run efficient and well;
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication with customers and other related parties;
• Develop and maintain good administration and documentation;
• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP); and
• Develop and coach the logistic team.
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in logistic of liquid goods, especially oil and gas products and related products for minimum 5 years;
• Has good relationship and networking to related parties such as shipping companies, surveyors, port authorities, government officers, etc;
• Understand the oil and gas products;
• Honest, trusted , good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English.
Export - Import Manager (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• All aspect of export - import and its documentation;
• Handle and ensure the importation transaction and process run efficient, correct and smoothly, from purchase order and custom clearance until delivery of good to customers;
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication to related parties
• Develop and maintain good administration and documentation;
• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP); and
• Develop and coach the export-import team.
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in export – import, especially oil and gas products and related products for minimum 5 years;
• Has good knowledge and skills of international trade and other trade regulations;
• Has good relationship and networking to related parties such as suppliers, custom, port authorities, government officers, etc;
• Honest, trusted, good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
Accounting & Finance Supervisor (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• Daily cash flow, budget and funding of company and its reports and documentation
• Manage and control the revenue and expense of the company
• Manage and handle tax requirements and financial risk
• Manage and handle daily transaction into general ledger accounts
• Prepare the financial statement of company
• Manage and maintain the fixed assets of company
• Prepare and produce necessary reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in accounting and finance, especially oil and gas sector for minimum 5 years;
• Has good knowledge and skills of accounting and finance principles;
• Strong in financial analysis
• Honest, trusted, good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
Legal Supervisor / Manager (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• Legal affairs of the company;
• Provide and produce legal advices and opinion of the company bussiness activities
• Manage and handle legal documentation and regulations;
• Monitor and update the latest laws and regulations especially related to gasoil and environment including it s legal implications to the bussiness;
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in legal matters, especially oil and gas sector, for minimum 5 years;
• Has good knowledge and skills in corporate and commercial laws, environmental laws and oil and gas laws;
• Strong in financial analysis
• Honest, trusted, good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
Shipping (Base: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all activities of liquid goods (gas & oil) shipment;
• Develop standard emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication with customers and other related parties;
• Develop and maintain good administration and documentation;
• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP); and
• Develop and coach the shipping team.
Minimum Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in shipping of liquid goods (preferably on gasoil company), for minimum 5 years for manager / 3 years for supervisor;
• Understand the transportion of oil & gas, and HSE/K3 procedures;
• Has good knowledge and skills in handling crew boats, LCT, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area;
• Honest, trusted , good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Willing to travel; and
• Fluent both written and oral in English.
