Our company is a fast growing mining development company seeking suitably qualified and experinced personnel for the following positions :
A. SITE GENERAL MANAGER (SGM)
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
• Plan & develop startegy for the company in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the overall company business function • Establish, review and communicate division”s policies and standard to ensure that the technological advancement in mining support the business plans of the company. • Monitoring and control project activities to anticipate impediments of project progress and the assist in the resolution of problem which may adversely affect project design, cost or schedule. • Develop, Manage and control the capital budget for department and supervises the preparation of funding request for capital project. • Determined the target yearly objectives to all department Managers and manage the steps plan of work • Managing and controlling the performance of all Department periodically, counseling job performance to all department. • Monitoring & control implementation of Standard Operating Prosedures to all department. • With HRGA Department make some recomendation, as follow; - Evaluation of salary base on performance - Evaluation of the organizational structure to effective and efficiency • With “proper team” to develop, manage and control the “proper system” • Develop, manage and control External Relation and Community Development Programme • Fully conversant of local community issues during land compensation, development, able to manage the community relationship/Community development team • Reporting to Jakarta office to President Director and or to Director & Chief Operating Officer.
Qualification:
• Graduate of any Engineering degree / Diploma • Conversant from all necessary permits and procedure to commence mining and production • Preparing site annual operational budget in regency mine department and or provincial mining department • Manage and control the mining activities base on the production target monitor and control contractor performance that related with production achievement and production quality, safety and environmental aspect. • Preferably held a POU Mining Indonesia competency certificate • Willing to be located at Kalimantan area • Good oral and written communication
B. FINANCE, ACCOUNTING& TAX OFFICER & SUPERVISOR (FAT-O & FAT-S)
General:
• Computer literate, familiar with accounts & taxation procedure & guideline and administrative related procedures, familiar with company”s standard forms, able to use statistical information, industry knowledge. • Ability to prepare project manpower data (number, working hours, lost time). • Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations. • Prepare profit and loss analysis including adjustment for accruals, accrued or deferred income and work in progress. • Prepare daily cash report and weekly cash report. • Prepare cash forecasts for the project in conjuntions with the cost controller • Provide information of current budget position for Finance Managers, Directors • Patty cash control, reconciliations and payment voucher.
Industry Knowledge:
• Ensure that all items should be covered by insurance or requirement of Bank guarantee are renewed or issued timely and in proper value. • Ensure bank guarantee is adhere to standard procedure and estabilish bank guarantee report. • Ability to develop accounting system and tools with measurable outcomes capable of providing cost benefits to organization. • Ability analyze and establish accounting /financial report • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss, supporting schedule budgets, cash flow and analysis required • Ensure validaty of Balance sheet from account listing and establish balance sheet schedule. • Knowledge of best practices in accounting system, tax and insurance.
Leadership:
• Has strong leadership, initiative and role mode of peers, colleagues, manage, coach and supervise staff, liaise with internal & external government affairs. • Ability to control and ensure A/R activities effectively • Establish the reconciliations for accounts payable. • Calculate and ensure the VAT, tax factur and PPh • Invoicing to client, receipts and debt collection • Banking procedures including : Receipts – particularly cash control, cash cheques paid, creditors payments, bank reconciliations and bank guarantees. • Invoice administration, voucher administration, data entry processing including general journal, cash payment journal and cash receipt journal.
Communication:
• Write and speak english, able to produce account montlhy report and feedback to management and BOD/COO liaise with directors, good interpersonal skills, good presentation skills.
Policy and Planning :
• Able to develop, review and update company policies, procedures and guidelines • Good analystic skills • Understand business & strategic priorities • Able to develop strategic accounting system and translate into strategic goals • Results oriented • Able to handle company confidentiality and particularly documentation, personnel salaries and other important matters belong to company • Able to keep all the confidential matters of the company business information, procedures, technique, criteria and formulae used by the company.
