1. Senior Mechanic (Kode : Sr. Mechanic)

Qualification :

• Berpengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai mekanik alat berat, menguasai alat berat Volvo CE khususnya ADT & Excavator merupakan kelebihan

• Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki : Mesin Diesel, Overhaul, Maintenance System, Troubleshooting, Hydraulic System, Electrical

• Bisa mengemudikan kendaraan roda 4 dan memiliki SIM A

• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam batas waktu sempit

• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang dan project site perusahaan.

1. SALES MANAGER OIL & GAS (O&G) – BALIKPAPAN DAN SURABAYA AREA
 
Requirements :

• Male/ female
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Min. 5 year experience in selling mechanical and instrument product in Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas.
• Having Good Network in the industry.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer/staff in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the objectives.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues an meet corporate objectives.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specifics plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provide quarterly results assessment of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result.
• Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer to develop sales strategies in improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Hold regular meeting with sales staff.

We are an established distributor of Electrical & Mechanical products in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical and Mining industries. Our Company located in West Jakarta andhave affiliation with OAKWELL DISTRIBUTION Pte Ltd, a public listed company in Singapore is looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position in Electrical Division :

                               SALES ENGINEER FOR OIL & GAS

Responsibilities :
  • Develop, grow key accounts and increase sales with main focus on the oil & gas industries
  • Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target
  • Preparing sales quotation in technical / commercial aspects
  • Provide technical backup , customer presentation & traveling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly
  • Planning regular customer visit to area of responsibilities.
  • Provide customer support & follow up
  • Provide periodic report to management
Requirements :
  • S1/D3 degree (Preferealbe in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation /Teknik Fisika)
  • Less than 35 years old
  • Have minimum 3 – 5 years Sales experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or General Industry
  • Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English
  • Good communication, negotiation & selling skill with positive attitude
