1. Mine Operation Manager (PTRM-MOM)
• Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal operation project.
• Minimum 2 year as Project Manager Position.
• Able to Identify problems (Plant, QHSE, Mine Operation and Engineering) and propose solutions.
• Having Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Knowledgeable in mining especially Coal Mining Operations, QSE, Mine Methods, include Mine Reclamation & Rehabilitation, government regulations.
• Computer literate (MS Office with AutoCAD, Minescpae, Surpac etc).
• Preferably holds a "POU"/"POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity.
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta.
2. Mining Engineering Superintendent (PTRM-MES)
• Bachelor s Degree degree in Mining Engineering.
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Mincom Minescape, surpac, etc).
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining.
• Having knowledge about Fleet Composition improvisation for optimizing production and unit productivity.
• Able to Identify engineering problems and propose solutions.
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta.
