PT Indomining (Indomining) ranks among one of Indonesia s low cost thermal coal producers, thanks to its comprehensive infrastructure and its strategic proximity to port. This highly productive concession is located in Sangasanga, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. It produces both sub-bituminous and bituminous thermal coal with low sulfur and ash content, making it very suitable for power plants.
Site Location
The Indomining mine site is located near Samarinda in Sangasanga, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. It lies in close proximity to a self-owned jetty to which it is connected to by an all-weather overland conveyor, meaning that it is less subject to weather-prone conditions as is the case for many other coal producers in Kalimantan.
