1. SALES MANAGER OIL & GAS (O&G) – BALIKPAPAN DAN SURABAYA AREA
Requirements :
• Male/ female
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Min. 5 year experience in selling mechanical and instrument product in Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas.
• Having Good Network in the industry.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer/staff in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the objectives.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues an meet corporate objectives.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specifics plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provide quarterly results assessment of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result.
• Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer to develop sales strategies in improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Hold regular meeting with sales staff.
2. WORKSHOP MANAGER – LIPPO CIKARANG, BEKASI
Requirements :
• Male
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Mechanical or Production Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Plan, direct and coordinate all fabrication & assembly activities in workshop.
•
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing
knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes,
tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and
quality control standards
• To plan, manage and maintain all
resources (Machinery & tools, Material, Manpower) required for
smooth, uninterrupted and efficient operations in workshop
• Confer
with Management, other departments (sales & installation) and other
concerned staff regarding fabrication capabilities & capacities,
planning & scheduling, and other considerations to ensure
uninterrupted and smooth supply of fabricated products & systems to
project sites.
• Measure, monitor and report Cost & Efficiency for management decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to provide requisite ideas and support for product developments
• Maintain Health & Safety standards in workshop as per company policy and standards.
•
Candidate should have hands on experience of managing a fabrication /
assembly facility. Thorough understanding of relevant fabrication &
assembly processes, machinery tools and materials used is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Some experience related to
valves industry related fabrication works would be added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience and Good Understanding about QA/QC.
• Having Good knowledge on Metallurgy.
•
Computer Literacy: Adept in use of MS-office (especially Power-Point,
Word and Excel). Exposure to SAP or equivalent ERP system (manufacturing
related) would be added advantage.
• Language Skills: Strong
command on English language is a must. Oral / reading / writing skills
in Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Job Skills: Should be able
to demonstrate excellent manpower & staff management skills, good
analytical and numeric skills to estimate, monitor, control and improve
cost / efficiency, Exposure / knowledge and / or experience would be an
added advantage, strong operations management skills with eye for
details and with ability to critically assess operational performance
• Personality: Should be a good communicator, planning skills and ability to handle pressure are desirable
