HSE MANAGER Primary objective To coordinate implementation of the company HSE policies, HSE Management System and Project/Location specific HSE Management Plans as they apply to the Indonesia Location. Ensure the Location complies with the relevant Occupational and Safety Legislation and the respective client”s HSE requirements. Specific objective - Develop and implement the Location HSE safety strategy. - Ensure safety accountabilities are identified, implemented, monitored and continuous improvement processes adopted. - Develop and maintain Statistical data and Location reports. - Prepare reports as required for the HSE Manager Asia & China. - Review company HSE Management System and advise of required changes. - Assist the HSE Director Asia & China in the implementation of the global / regional strategy

1. Safety& Risk Engineer
Primary Objective:

• To provide risk management and Loss Prevention services to the various Worley Safety & Risk Management clients.
• To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the project.
• To promote Worley Safety & Risk Management to clients to achieve follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective clients.
• To provide services of technical nature in meeting project requirements.

Specific Accountabilities:
• To identify the safety engineering scope of work from basis of design.
• To be able to determine and estimate norms to conduct the scope of work.
• To be able to raise a suite of project deliverables including procedures, design basis and HES Plan & Schedules of activities
•Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire & Explosion Analysis, Fire Protection related studies and Formal Safety assessments.
• Design Safety reviews/Studies, Layout, EERA, ESSA, F&G, Dropped Object, Hazardous Area, QRA, FERA
• Active Fire Protection Design.
• Passive Fire Protection Design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Has minimum 3 years working experience with 1 years of Risk work (QRA, FERA, etc.)
• 2 years experience in Phast consequence modelling
