The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position: SHE Section Head (SSH) Jambi &Sumsel Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or Equivalent • Minimum 5 Years Experience in Coal Mining Industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Section Head • Having POP (PengawasOperasionalPertama) certificate is preferable • Fluent in English both oral & written • Well understanding about mining operation • Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management • Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills • Willing to be placed on site Training & Development Officer (TDO) Jakarta Raya Requirements: • Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science background is preferred. • Belong to the top 5% in the faculty. • Have a strong commitment to excellence and great passion for success. • Have high sense of initiative and hardworking spirit. • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual thinking •Excellent in presentation skills. • Have passion in People Development and Organization Development.

1. Production Section Head (Code : PSH)

1.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining engineering
1.2 Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
1.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
1.4 Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
1.5 Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
1.6 Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
1.7 Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan

2. SHE Section Head (Code : SSH)

2.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
2.2 In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
2.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
2.4 Fluent in English both oral & written
2.5 Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
