COAL & HAULING SUPERVISOR (CODE: CHS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 Years experience in coal & hauling
- Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance
- Min. S1 graduate in Geology/Mining Engineering
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad)
- Ability to use survey equipments
- Will be placed on site : Kalimantan Selatan
MINE PLAN ENGINEER (CODE: MPE)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations
- Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
- Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill
- A very good understanding of MINEX mining software
- Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
- Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition
SHE DEPARTMENT HEAD
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Department Head
- Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
- Well understanding about mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer/K3
- Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed on site
SHE SUPERVISOR (CODE : SHE)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience in coal mining industry
- In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
- Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed in site Central Kalimantan
PORT QC & BLENDING ISP SUPERVISOR (PQC)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading
- Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
- Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan
PRODUCTION / PIT SUPERVISOR (CODE: PSP)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male, Minimum of Bachelor Degree in mining engineering/geology
- Have 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry
- Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
- Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR (CODE: DBS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 years experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor
- Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
- Bachelor degree in Mining engineering, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Second Class Blaster Certificate
- Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
- Willing to work in site area : Jambi
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience as Mechanical in coal mining industry is preferable
- Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project
- Good in English, both in oral and writing
- High analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Willing to work on site in Jambi
SURVEYOR SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experience on civil construction & mining
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
- Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old
- Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
