Cost & Planning Coordinator (SURF)
An established Oil and Gas operator company in Indonesia or PSC or KKKS is looking for "Cost & Planning Coordinator (SURF)".
The Role:
• Being assigned to the SURF FEED Project Management Team (PMT), carry out cost & budget control function to ensure that the FEED work is always along with cost & budget control procedures.
• Calculated earned value and estimated final cost, cash requirements, and prepare cost reports.
• Implement commitment and invoice control.
• Estimate cost impact of change.
• Review invoices from contractor and prepare for payment.
• Develop monthly report for FEED cost.
• Coordinate development, maintenance and monthly updates level 2&3 schedules
• Report overall project earned progress, forecast finish date, variances, major issues and recommendations. Conduct schedule risk analysis as required.
• Review contractors claimed progress for invoice purposes, monthly schedule and progress updating. Calculation of earned progress and variances.
• Inputs to tender / bid evaluation and review contractors planning procedures.
• Estimate schedule impact of change.
• Develop weekly and monthly report for FEED progress.
• Interact with PMT members, the central project control learn and contractors.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Based in Jakarta office of FEED contractor.
• Receive and fully understand a detail induction on project control procedures for cost & budget control procedures for cost & budget control and planning & scheduling from the central project control team.
• Minimum 10 years experiences with cost & budget function and planning & scheduling responsibilities during concept selection, Pre-Feed, and / or FEED phases on complex oil & gas project.
• Prefer experience on subsea system.
• Hands on experience of using Primavera P6 & Risk analysis
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English in both spoken and written.
• Must have experience in working with and managing major contractors in the oil and gas business.
• Must have experience on development projects, preferably in Indonesia.
