Sr. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Sr. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Responsibility:
- Preparing instrument basic design, sizing calculations, specifications, data sheets, RFQ & TBE, preparing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Instrumentation Engineering
- Have 15 year accumulated experiences in design engineering at Oil & Gas company, with 5 year experiences in similar position
- Expert in field instrumentation section material such as flow meters, analyzers, gas chromatographs, etc also program logic control
- Having good knowledge and skill of Instrument Engineering software: Ntools ver. 6 & 7, Instrucalc 5
- Having knowledge with International Codes and Standards
CONTRACT MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 year accumulated experiences, with 5 year experiences in similar position at engineering or construction company
- Bachelor Degree S1 from Law
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Self confidence and proven communication and management skills
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Make sure that we collect necessary guarantees from our vendors and sub-contractors and follow up that they remain valid as long as required
- Assist Project Manager and make sure that all the administrative and legal aspects of the project are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the project, including setting up necessary procedures
- Review the terms and conditions of invitation to tender and prepare list of deviations
- Prepare, review and/or negotiate contracts with Clients
- Prepare, review and negotiate general terms and conditions and special terms and conditions of our purchase order with vendors and subcontractors
- Make sure that the invoicing documentation is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contract
- Formalize Change Order requests identified by project manager and participate to the negotiation of those change orders until payment by Client
- Assist project manager in preparation of all and any official correspondence to the Client or third party
- Participate in the negotiation of Vendor s and Sub-contractors claims in the best interests of the Company
- Manage disputes and litigation with clients, subcontractors and other third parties
- Advise Management for all legal issues that the Company may be face
