Tax Manager/ Tax Advisor ExxonMobil is currently seeking qualified candidates for Tax Manager / Tax Advisor positions to provide support to the Company’s business by providing counseling and monitoring tax regulations updates. This position will be located in Jakarta in our Upstream Business Services organization. Key Responsibilities: • Tax Advisory and Planning • Work dosely with business units to identify tax issues. • Develop and implement tax planning strategies. • Proactively communicate with Management and business units on tax developments. Tax Regulatory Monitoring • Monitor regulatory developments particularly in the area of tax law relevant to Companys business. • Interface with Government and industry groups with respect to tax legislative! regulatory development. Tax Compliance • Interact closely with business unit and service groups to ensure compliance with applicable tax law. • Manage tax data collection processes to ensure compliance with applicable tax reporting requirement. • Provide tax analysis relative to tax law and verification of data and other necessary information. • Provide assistance in the preparation, review, and submission of Company’s tax reports and returns.

Financial Reporting Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Analyzing and reporting financial statements and operating results. • Coordination of a, business unit financial and operating forecast. • Developing and administering capital budgets and authorization for expenditures. • Designing and evaluating financial and operating control system. • Improving financial and accounting processes. • Preparing reports for the Government, e.g., Work Program & Budget (WP&B), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR), Financial Monthly R8port (FMR), and reviewing with Government. Qualifications: • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting with GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 scale or equivalent. • Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills. • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis or Audit in Oil and Gas industry. • Experiences in SAP and Oil & Gas industry are highly, desirable. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Driven, self-motivated and result oriented. • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be an effective team player. • Able to work successfully in changing environments arid meet tight deadlines. Accountant Key Responsibilities: • Performing monthly closing to book journal entries and accruals SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations. • General Accounting, including fixed assets, inter-company accounting and bank transactions. • Operations accounting, including volumetric accounting and joint-interest accounting. • Project Accounting, performing various financial activities for major projects, including reporting and stewarding cost and financial results internally and externally, controlling Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for correct invoicing, charges and compliance with contract provisions, preparing EPC facilities fixed asset initial setup, analyzing costs, preparing management reports. Qualifications: • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting with preferably GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 scale or equivalent. • Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills. • Minimum 3 years experiences in Accounting or Audit in Oil and Gas industry. • Experiences in SAP and Oil & Gas industry are highly desirable. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Driven, self-motivated and result oriented. • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be an effective team player. • Able to work successfully in changing environments and meet tight deadlines.

UPSTREAM DATA ANALYST

Data Analyst is responsible for the geoscience and engineering data management in ExxonMobil Business Units and/or Affiliates

Tasks and responsibilities includes :

• Generate utilization reports, load balance across disks.
• Maintain data owner access matrices; conduct access reviews; review ID and data access requests for completeness.
• Advise or guide customers on general data access security issues.
• Create new projects, ensure choke points have correct ownership and permissions, add/delete user work areas.
• Request new databases, administer, monitor growth, ensure data loading standards are being followed.
• Interface the data in EMSDB/RECALL to the appropriate application repositories (e.g. OpenWorks, GeoFrame, WellView, OFM).

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree preferably with GPA greater than 3.25 of 4.0 scales in any of these following disciplines : Geophysics; Geology; Geodetics; Electrical Engineering (Control/ Telecommunications/ Computers) and Informatics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or graduate with 1-2 years of working experience in related area.
• Knowledgeable of Geoscience and Engineering data and applications, Linux/Unix, Windows and basic scripting.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to work independently.
• Effective team player and able to lead a team.
• Able to work in a changing environment and meet deadlines.
