Service Contract Officer (SCO) Responsibility: • To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supporting practices in terms of costs and delays • To assist service contract coordinator and/or contract engineer during execution of the contract for mobilization/demobilization of service provider s personnel • To assist service contract coordinator and/or contract engineer in contract administration, including but not limited to administration of contractual certificates and documents (Performance Bank Guarantee and Change Order) Qualifications: • Diploma in administration, secretary or accounting with strong knowledge of tendering and contracting of service contract in project of Oil and Gas • Self starter, good communication and interpersonal skill • Fluent in spoken and written English 2. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Responsibility: • Change order and claims management of project control division and supply contract within internal management of company • Advice and assistance to project control division and project management of costs and contract administration, including ensuring contracted parties compliance with mandatory contractual obligations • Continually monitor local market price levels and costs trends relevant to project control development and project activities • The development of the quantity surveying discipline within project control, including the training, supervision and mentoring of quantity surveyors and trainees Qualifications: • Engineering degree • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience post graduation • Preference given to a previous member of multi-discipline terms or project • Required knowledge of one or more of the Following, Engineering, Construction, platform installation, hook-up, safety, call for tender and contract negotiation, cost control, planning, contractor management, project team management • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity • Fluent in spoken and written English
