PARALEGAL

Main responsibilities include:

• Conduct preliminary Legal research

• Prepare summary of Legal research

• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations within Legal Department are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential Legal records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.

• Administer overall division and departmental under Legal Department’ meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.

• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/or external communication for Legal Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Law

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software

• Good English proficiency

Providing Production Engineering advice and support to maximize the Operations efficiency. 2. Managing respective people and organization. 3. Managing EHS function in the respective department. 4. Managing relevant administration and report. Main Activities: 1. Providing production engineering advice and support to maximize the offshore and onshore operations efficiency. • Has role as mentor to more junior production and operations engineers. • Has role as senior member of the team that provides production engineering support to field operations. • Provides production data and reports on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government. • Reviews well test and operating data in order to improve efficiency, raise production and reduce operating costs. • Ensures prosper well models are kept up to date. • Develops and improves techniques to actively monitor and optimize gas, oil and condensate production. • Actively participates in the Production Optimization process to proactively identify, develop and implement opportunities (opex & capex) to enhance production. • Responsible for the preparation of the short term production forecast. • Updates the Integrated capacity model. • Maintains a network model for production optimization. • Acts as key liaison between subsurface, drilling and operations staff. • Provides input into completion designs (including gas lift design) and influence drilling and completion design for future wells. • Plans and supervises rig less well interventions. • Plans work over programs. • Works closely with field personnel to manage well and Christmas tree integrity, including corrosion monitoring. • Assists in preparation and maintenance of annual operation s team budget.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Geotechnical / Engineering Geology or Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years in mining operation experience.
• Working knowledge of geotechnical software is preferable.
• Commitment to KPC safety and environment regulations.
• Previous exploration experience would be advantage
• Basic knowledge and understanding of rock properties.
• Initiative in all aspects of the profession.
• General computers skills such as MS Windows, Excel & Word.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
