PARALEGAL
Main responsibilities include:
• Conduct preliminary Legal research
• Prepare summary of Legal research
• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations within Legal Department are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential Legal records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.
• Administer overall division and departmental under Legal Department’ meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.
• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/or external communication for Legal Department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software
• Good English proficiency
PROFESIONAL DOCUMENT CONTROL - COMMON
Main responsibilities include:
• Administer INPEX Indonesia Corporate and Projects documents’ coding, incoming and outgoing documents registration, monitor documents completeness both new documents and sent back documents; to ensure accurate records for all INPEX Indonesia Corporate and Projects documents movement
• Check all INPEX Indonesia Corporate and Projects document completeness and compile the documents to be packed properly for archiving, and record documents. Keep and maintain documents filing according to the filling system, standard and file retention; to ensure all documents are recorded and filed in line with Company standards and procedures, and can be recalled at short notice
• Manage the document flow in accordance with Document Management lifecycle practices and Records Retention Policy
• Update document management system documentations, processes and procedures to ensure all Company documents are kept in a good system arrangement and easy to be retrieved.
• Primary contact during audit process for document management and document handling; provide documents and files required by Auditors. Coordinate the actions within the IM & T team to respond efficiently for auditor specific request
• Conduct document management system user training and socialization
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline
• A minimum of 3 years with at least 1 year in Oil and Gas Industry
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software
• Good English Proficiency
PROFESIONAL DOCUMENT CONTROL - SCM
Main responsibilities include:
• Conduct correspondence and administrative activities in SCM Department consisting of correspondence and documentation systems, correspondence drafting, producing and quality assurance, incoming and outgoing correspondence tracking, sorting and prioritizing incoming correspondence processing, etc; check appropriate supporting document that need SCM Management approval; to ensure well-ordered administration
• Collects and records SCM Department data and information, procedure graphs and tables based on requested, and prepare general SCM report
• Maintain and keep archives, develop filing system and implement record management according to company procedures; to ensure archives are maintained, kept, and removed in accordance with applicable procedure
• Provide support to administer and conduct management event coordination
• Support process to ensure that the executive personal and official business needs are met
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline
• A minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in the Oil and Gas industry
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software
• Good English Proficiency
PROFESIONAL DOCUMENT CONTROL – SURF & GEP
Main responsibilities include:
• Conduct correspondence and administrative activities in SURF Department consisting of correspondence and documentation systems, correspondence drafting, producing and quality assurance, incoming and outgoing correspondence tracking, sorting and prioritizing incoming correspondence processing, etc; check appropriate supporting document that need SURF Management approval; to ensure well-ordered administration

• A minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Preferably has experience in the area of Major Projects
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software
• Good English Proficiency
ADMIN ASSISTANT C&R DEPARTMENT
Main responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations within C&R Department are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner
• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc
• Adminster overall division and departmental under C&R Department’ meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums
• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/or external communication for Communication & Relations
Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline. Secretary graduates is preferable
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software
• Good English Proficiency
• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
• Have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
FIELD TECHNICAL GEOTECHNICAL
Qualification
Education
- Degree Civil Engineering or Master degree specializing in Geotechnics from a reputable university
Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR representative.
- Has clear skill level knowledge of field geotechnical campaigns.
Technical Competencies
- HSSE systems/requirements
- Design of deep and shallow foundations
- Specifying and supervising field investigation campaigns
- Supervising laboratory testing
PROFESSIONAL ERP
Main responsibilities include:
• Become ERP Programmer with specialty as ABAP Programmer
• Assist and support ERP Team to implement any ERP infrastructure in the Company planned by Senior Specialist ERP and Head ERP Solution
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering, or other related discipline
• Having work experience minimum of 5 – 10 years
• Having experience in ABAB programming at least for 5 years
