PLANT GENERAL MANAGER (GM PLANT)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 10 (ten) years of working experience as a Plant or Maintenance Management
3. Experience in nickel mining or heavy equipment industry is a advantage
4. Have skill in monitoring and organizing in loading equipment, pit service, hauler, support & drilling, overhaul, tire & maintenance, fuel maintenance contract
5. Have skill in budget maintenance management
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years experience at a managerial level in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Community Development Program
3. Experience in conflict management and handling community actions
4. Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process)
5. Fluency in both English and Indonesian language
6. Proficiency in presentation and people skills
7. Knowledge of ISO26000 and CSR best practices
8. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages
9. Experience at working with senior government officials
10. Experience working with academia, media and international NGOs
MONITORING & EVALUATION SPECIALIST (External Affairs)
Requirements:
1. Degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience at a supervisory level in SR and Community Development related issues
3. Experience in handling surveys, researches and studies on the performance of SR/Community Development programs
4. Experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation process and reporting
5. Proficiency in writing, reporting and presentation skills
STRATEGIS and PLANNING SPECIALIST (External Affairs)
Requirements:
1. Degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years experience at a supervisory level in SR and Community Development related issues
3. Experience in handling surveys, researches and studies on the performance of SR/Community Development programs
4. Experience in managing monitoring and evaluation process and reporting
5. Proficiency in reporting and presentation skill
6. Master degree in related field of study
7. Experience in Project Cycle management
8. Experience in working with senior government officials
9. Experience working with media and NGOs
PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining operation (production), experience in nickel mining is an advantage
3. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
4. Familiar with mining software
5. Hold “Pengawas Operasional” certificate (POP/ POM/ POU)
6. Good communication and leadership skill
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
3. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
4. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
6. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
7. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
8. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization
9. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer
3. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
4. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
HRD SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of law / psychology or management
2. Minimum 3‐5 years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining, manufacture or construction industry
3. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS)
QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from chemistry , geology or faculty of mining engineering
2. Experience as QC in mining company (min 5 years)
3. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
4. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC‐MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV‐Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
5. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
6. Responsible for the stockpiles
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male, with max 45 years old
2. Willing to relocate at Halmahera island (North Maluku) with rotation schedule
3. Adaptable, have a good leadership and able to work under pressure situation
4. Fluent in English both oral & written.
5. Computer Literate using MS office & Internet
