1. Human Capital Division Head
Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, age max. 40 years old, 5 years experience in the same field, strong knowledge in People and Organizational Development, certified in Competency Based Human Resource Management, willing to be placed at Ancol area
2. Inventory Section Head
Min. Bachelor degree from Industrial/Mechanical Engineering! Statistic/Mathematic, age max. 33 years old, 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment company, 2 years experience in the same field, strong knowledge in Inventory Turn Over, strong knowledge in heavy equipment spare parts, willing to be placed at Cikarang
General Qualification:
- Good management & strong leadership
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Publisher, Outlook, dll)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Willing to work under pressure
- Willing to travel to all working area at PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk
