01. Senior Engineer - Mining (SR-MINE)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. • Having 4 years’ experience in mine technical engineering position with experience in Contract Mining will be an advantage. •Having experience in using MINEX software. • Understanding of financial analysis methods.
02. Engineer – Mining (Code : EM)
•Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. • Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage. •Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers. • Having experience in using MINEX software. • Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
03. Senior - Surveyor
• Graduated from Geodetic Engineer with minimum 5 years’ Experience in coal mining. • Extensive experience in GPS system (Processing GPS RTK, post processing Kinematics and static, network adjustment), Total Station instruments and leveling surveying. • Good leadership, analytical, planning, scheduling, problem solving and decision making skills.
04. Engineer – Geotechnical (Code : EGEO)
• S1 degree in Geotechnical / Engineering Geology or Mining Engineering. • Having 3 years in mining operation experience. • Previous exploration experience would be of benefit. • Basic knowledge and understanding of rock properties. • Initiative in all aspects of the profession. • Working knowledge of Geotechnical software.
05. Geologist Exploration
•Graduate Geology from a recognized Tertiary Institution. •Previous exploration experience would be of benefit. • Some basic understanding of the Quality and properties of the Coal and how to maintain filling systems. • Working knowledge of Mincom Software.
06. Coordinator HSE (Code : HSE)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) with at least 3 years’ experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 years’ experience in a mining environment, preferably in the maintenance and/or logistic operations, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general and ore specifically of the maintenance and logistics works. • Strong mechanical knowledge and skills is desirable. • Safety Related qualification or experience i.e. in risk assessment, job safety analysis, accident investigation, etc. is desirable as this position will be required to lead / facilitate the process and train / coach others.
07. Engineer Electrical - Power (E-POWER)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences. • Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems
08. Specialist Application System - ERP (Code: SERP)
• Tertiary qualification (S1) in Information Technology, Commerce or others with 6 years’ experience in commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC knowledge, programming and business analysis. • Possess extensive experience and proven skills in IT management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry. • Knowledge of Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage. • It is desirable that the applicant possess a sound functional knowledge of the relevant Mincom Ellipse ERP modules (Finance Accounting, Operation Maintenance or Material Management).
09. Senior Specialist – General Training (Code: SRGT)
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, education or social sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business. • Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years). • Have knowledge of adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals. • Instructional and facilitation skills. • Time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills. • Ability to formulate learning objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs. • Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management.
10. Specialist Maintenance Training - Mechanical/ Electrical (Code: SPMT)
• Minimum Diploma 3 with 5 years’ experience including 2 years’ experience in a maintenance scheduling support role. • Basic understanding of trade training. • Possessing experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency Assessor would be preferable • Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical/ electrical aptitude to solve technical difficulties. • Solid planning to develop both short and long term initiatives.
