1. Specialist Trade Streaming Welding (Job No. 842579)
• Minimum Trade and/or Welding Engineering Qualifications.
• Minimum 5 Years previous experience in a similar role; experience in Training & Development and have Supervisory experience in Welding.
• Good in presents arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, fluent and convincing manner; good levels of concentration; Influencing/ Motivating; Coaching/ Mentoring; Facilitating; good communication skills; good in computer literacy; analytical & problem solving process.
• Familiar to deliver effective theoretical training, conduct relevant practical training & conduct tradesman assessment activities
2. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) – Auto Electrical (Job No. 755181)
• Trade and / or Auto Electrical Engineering Qualifications
• 5 year field experience in similar role
• Familiar with Heavy Equipments: Dozer (Caterpillar/Komatsu), Excavator (Hitachi/Komatsu/Liebher), Ingersoll Rand Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar/Komatsu).
3. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) – Fixed Plant Fitter (Job No. 755193)
• Trade and / or Fixed Plant Fitter/ Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 year field experience in similar role or as Lead Hand/Supervisor Fixed Plant.
• Familiar with fixed plant fitter (crusher, vibrating/sizing screen, feeder breaker, pumps, conveyors, sizing crusher, screw compressor, etc).
4. Superintendent Mining (823561)
• Senior level requires with minimum 10 years experience in similar role with relevant qualifications in large open cut mining operation of which at least one or two years in production / service supervision / management role.
• Have previously worked to budgets; auditing skills; analytical skill & Management skills;
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.
5. Senior Supervisor Mining Operation ( Job No. 795939 )
• Minimum graduated from Senior High School with 3 - 5 years experiences as Leading Hand or Supervisor Mining
• Able to operate various Heavy Equipment unit.
• Have SIMPER/KIMPER from previous company; and have POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) Certificate.
6. Supervisor - Auto Electrician (788233)
• Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand Auto Electric;
• Has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry.
7. Senior Supervisor – Mechanic (782914)
• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• minimum of 5 years experience as Mechanic Supervisor;
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry; planning of mechanical repair; have previously worked to budgets.
8. Supervisor - Mechanic (834738)
• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• minimum of 5 years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand Mechanic;
• should has experienced in heavy equipment mechanical repair, planning of mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry;
9. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) – Mechanical (760138)
• Minimum Senior High School or Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices with Minimum of 4 years experience within the mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman or as Supervisor/Lead Hand Mechanic.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Experienced in Heavy earth moving equipment technical codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader.
10. Senior Engineer Mine Planning (Job No.672441)
• Bachelor Degree in mine engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modeling and mine planning (Mincom, Xpac, Talpac) and other general office software (Microsoft); good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts and mining methods; an awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
• Will be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan (1 – 3) , Satui Project (4 - 9), Sangatta Project (10)
