Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for overall Mining Operations activities (land clearing, drilling, mine survey, overburden stripping, nickel quality analysis, civil work, etc) and Health Safety and Environment
• Set the production target to the best of the production facilities and to make sure that the target is achieved
• Supervise mining team in order to be able to work effectively, ensure operations are functioning safely and environmentally sound
•Accountable & plan for Mine Operations budget
•Set up a comprehensive reporting system and standard operating procedures
• Prepare Monthly Production Report, Evaluation mining progress, and Annual plan
• Act as a Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) to comply with the Government standard
• Accountable for all KTT reports to be sent timely to Minerba
• Ensure field communications are well-established and effective, particularly Emergency Response and general field communications
• Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
Requirements:
• Min. 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry, nickel preferably, and min. 5 (five) years in managerial level
• Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineer / Geology
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Able to prepare and control project budget
• Good leadership and managerial skillsto subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
• To be located at site, Morowali - Sulawesi Tengah
