Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Have a good grip about Mining Software (Surpac/ Mine Scape).
- Have experience in nickel company is an advantage.
- Male, maximum age 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Geology.
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
- Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
- Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
- Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).
MINE MANAGER (Code: MM)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
- Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
- Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mine Engineering.
- A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience.
- Shrewd and astute management skills.
- Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
- A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
- An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
- A tough minded yet approachable management technique.
- Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill.
- Certified POU is an advantages.
- Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
HSE SUPERINTENDENT (Code: HSESPTD)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 years of experience in HSE Field.
- Have a good knowledge about Health, Environment, and Safety (K3LH), ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008
- Male, maximum age 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in public health or environmental engineering.
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
- Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
- Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi)Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).
Responsibility :
- To monitor implementation of the policy & procedure of Health & Safety in sites, training, audit & reporting & all preventive action of Health & Safety activities in the company.
- To improve employees awareness in the company to work safely and protect the company image.
- To maintain company quality standards & certifications.
