SHIPPING ADMINISTRATION STAFF
 
Job responsibilities

• To prepare all documents and invoices that required for the sales process, so the activity can be run with Adaro standards.
• To follow up recent developments in the field of commercial law and to ensure that the procedures and standards prescribed by the company law.
• To coordinate with site level regarding the availability of coal to be delivered to the customers and to ensure delivery of the goods on schedule.
• To coordinate with external surveyors to do the survey for make sure the coal quality that deliver to the customer, and to ensure the delivery according to quality and quantity that stated in the sales contract.
• To coordinate with external agents in preparing the ship completeness of documentation in the process of shipping coal to customers.
• To coordinate with external banks in negotiating appropriate documentation completeness in coal shipments to the customer if the payment agreement in the contract using the method of payment letter of credit.
• To coordinate with site-level in terms of transportation and logistics of shipping coal to customers so that goods can be in accordance with the sales contract which has been agreed by both parties.
• To prepare and send invoices and shipping documentation completeness of coal to the buyer on time and according to contract.
• To coordinate with marketing team in and monitors the status of the sales contract to ensure that the sales process, delivery, invoicing, and payment can be completed properly in accordance with the agreed contract.
 
Job requirement

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree majoring Transportation Management, with min GPA 2.75
• Having minimum 1 year experience as shipping staff, more advantage from shipping company.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good coordination skill with internal and external user.
• Good communication skill.

CIVIL DRAFTER
 
Job responsibilities

• Able to operate Autocad 2014 version.
• Understand the drawing procedure for civil engineering work.
• Understand the drawing material that related to civil engineers work, such as road design, bridges, Box Culvert, grading, and other civil infrastructure.
• To draw the pieces of the product or structure according to the blueprint so that the image has equal scale with standard policies.
• To draw the detail of product constructions or civil works according to the determined scale, so it has detailed explanation to the image or civil engineer drawings according to the policies.
• To make filling system and make arcive folder of the images accordig to the project.

Job responsibilities

• To coordinate the preparation of work plan activities every part of the organization and company subsidiaries, in order to run the project effectively.
• To involved in the preparation of work plans in the company (and all subsidiaries), and to ensure compatibility between 5 years and 1 year company plan that has been approved by management.
• To analyze operational process execution by periodic meetings with the Division Head, Department Head, and Head of the subsidiaries. Also prepare all material activities of PDCA accurately and effectively, to support company goals.
• To organize discussion meetings PDCA progress periodically in accordance Calendar of Events, and to ensure all the action plan implemented and documented.
• To conduct the analysis and provide recommendations related to the action plan of each project, to ensure that the action plan has been created in harmony with 5 years and 1 year that has been made.
• To ensure the implementation of PDCA in operations at company and its subsidiaries so that the activities carried out in accordance with Policy 1 Year predetermined BOD Review and prepare materials, Corporate Review and report to the Board of Directors and Management APM AE Corporate Planning in accordance with the standards has been set.

• Collaborate with other officials in orderto prepare and analyze damage assessments following emergencies.
• Coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities such as ordering evacuations and implementing special needs plans and programs.
• Design and administer emergency preparedness training courses that teach people how to effectively respond to major emergencies.
• Develop and maintain liaisons with municipalities, county departments, and similar entities in order to facilitate plan development, response effort coordination, and exchanges of personnel and equipment.
• Maintain and update all resource materials associated with emergency preparedness plans.
• Prepare emergency situation status reports that describe response and recovery efforts, needs, and preliminary damage assessments.
