To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:


JUNIOR ENGINEER SHORT TERM PLANNING (PRO 1604014)

This position will be based at Martabe site working on schedule 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to the Engineer- Short Term Planning.
The role of Junior Engineer Short Term Planning is :
• Ensure operation of contractor follow PTAR Operational plan and standard of Safety, Health, Environmental and Community
• Ensure compliance of Kepmen 555.K/26/M.PE/1995 regarding General Mining Occupational Safety And Health and related Regulations during contractor operational activity
• Assist superior in short term planning to ensure pit operations can be carried out to deliver ore at the required tonnes and grades to the process plant, as well as waste required for TSF construction
• Monitor and manage the mining contractor as per mining contract, effective use of plant and equipment, and achievement of targets

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience :
1. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering. Preferably POP certified.
2. Knowledge and practical experience of related mining software, preferably Surpac
3. Well and rounded knowledge of mining operations preferably open pit hard rock mines, familiarity with drilling & blasting and projects works will be an advantage
4. Knowledge of production tracking and reporting
5. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas.
6. Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.
7. Reasonable level of problem solving, hands on approach, able to motivate and lead sub-ordinate.
8. High level of computer literacy skills in Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point
9. High commitment to PTAR standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills

PORT ENGINEER (Home Base – Palangkaraya)
Kualifikasi Jabatan :

4) Memiliki pengalaman berlayar di kapal niaga (tanker/dry bulk/tug & barge) minimum 10 tahun, termasuk posisi Chief Engineer / Second Engineer selama 3 tahun
5) Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja di kantor / darat sebagai Port Engineer / Technical Superintendent di Perusahaan pelayaran.
6) Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, mandiri, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
7) Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas (dalam/luar negeri).
8) Penempatan di kantor cabang Palangkaraya.

Uraian Jabatan :
1) Melapor kepada Operation Manager dan bertanggung jawab untuk membantu dalam memonitor pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal.
2) Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke kapal untuk memastikan kelangsungan perawatan kapal secara berkala.
3) Bersama – sama dengan Mechanic serta dikoordinir oleh Operation Manager akan melaksanakan perbaikan, perawatan dam overhaul semua peralatan di atas kapal.
4) Memonitor pembelian, stock dan bunker tiap2 kapal dengan bukti tanda terima kapal
5) Memonitor pembelian dan penyerahan serta pemakaian Oil Lubricant ke setiap kapal.
6) Secara overall memonitor mulai dari pembelian, penyediaan/distribusi parts, components yang sifatnya consumable untuk tiap2 kapal.
7) Membuat laporan perbaikan, termasuk ukuran dan data teknis lainnya terhadap pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan.
8) Memberi masukan kepada Operation Manager perihal pengembangan Planned Maintenance System (PMS) di atas kapal.

Mechanical / Machinery Specialist

Job desc :
• To provide discipline expertise during the completions, pre-commissioning and commissioning work undertaken by the various Execution Contractors preparing systems for hand-over, including punch lsit closing.
• To provide the Commissioning Team with a technical assessment of mechanical equipment for the identified critical systems.
• To participate to the technical definition and preparation for the mechanical activities and be the focal point for the daily mechanical execution of the test plan, supporting the FPU Commissioning coordinator for the overall mechanical activities management.
• Develop Project commissioning and ready for start up procedures and guidelines for Mechanical
• Progress all MOC (Management of Change)’s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable Company Management of Change procedure.
• Attend F.A.T.’s agree results and actions.
• Prepare and organize machineries functional test and provide experience for trouble shooting activities

Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree in an engineering/technical discipline (chemical, mechanical, electrical specialization)
• Fluent in English
• At least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in commissioning and start-up of oil and gas process facilities

MECHANICAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR (PRO 1602011)

This position will be based at Martabe site working on schedule 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to the Mechanical Superintendent.
The role of Mechanical Training Supervisor is required for mechanical training of the Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters on procedures to develop the skills of the PTAR tradesman in the Process Plant. This role will focus on training in rework tasks performed by the tradesman. A register and risk matrix will be done and assessment and competency based report can be run. This role is critical for the development of the tradesman.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience : 

1. The ability to teach and train tradesman using practical and theory based training methods
2. Thorough knowledge of training and assessment systems
3. Develop mechanical training packages and competency systems for development of skills in mechanical department. 
4. Utilise existing SOP’s, OEM packages to further develop the mechanical tradesman skills through training packages
5. A high level of competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
6. Ability to read and understand manuals, PID’s and maintenance procedures. The ability to explain information in these documents to tradesman. 
7. A high level of verbal and written English
8. A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
9. A thorough understanding of routine maintenance requirement of the Processing Plant. 
10. Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions
