SHIPPING ADMINISTRATION STAFF
 
Job responsibilities

• To prepare all documents and invoices that required for the sales process, so the activity can be run with Adaro standards.
• To follow up recent developments in the field of commercial law and to ensure that the procedures and standards prescribed by the company law.
• To coordinate with site level regarding the availability of coal to be delivered to the customers and to ensure delivery of the goods on schedule.
• To coordinate with external surveyors to do the survey for make sure the coal quality that deliver to the customer, and to ensure the delivery according to quality and quantity that stated in the sales contract.
• To coordinate with external agents in preparing the ship completeness of documentation in the process of shipping coal to customers.
• To coordinate with external banks in negotiating appropriate documentation completeness in coal shipments to the customer if the payment agreement in the contract using the method of payment letter of credit.
• To coordinate with site-level in terms of transportation and logistics of shipping coal to customers so that goods can be in accordance with the sales contract which has been agreed by both parties.
• To prepare and send invoices and shipping documentation completeness of coal to the buyer on time and according to contract.
• To coordinate with marketing team in and monitors the status of the sales contract to ensure that the sales process, delivery, invoicing, and payment can be completed properly in accordance with the agreed contract.
 
Job requirement

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree majoring Transportation Management, with min GPA 2.75
• Having minimum 1 year experience as shipping staff, more advantage from shipping company.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good coordination skill with internal and external user.
• Good communication skill.
• Fluent in English is a must

Area Operation Manager
(Code: AOM)
 
Function:
 

Responsible for leading and guiding all terminal superintendents, HSSE supervisors and all other employees in the terminals in safe, efficient, reliable and incident-free operations. Maintain control of the principle operational parameters.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Responsible in ensuring that all standard company process and procedures are strictly followed by every employee in the terminal.
2. Accountable in the performance of each terminal in maintaining the quality and quantity of products inside the terminal; Operating and Receiving gains/losses are within acceptable limits; resolves issues on product quality and gains/losses.
3. Responsible/monitors that the terminals operate within the approved Capex and Opex Budget; continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service; coordinates with Engineering in monitoring and completion of Capex and major Opex projects; that projects are delivered on specs and on-time; recommends improvements in the terminal.
4. Responsible/ensures that requirements and policies regarding HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) are in-place and strictly followed; ensures continuous education and improvement of HSSE performance in each terminal; monitors the development of programs and schedule seminars/training/exercise to all employees in the terminal.
5. Ensures that the terminal meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers; fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and on-spec product.
6. Conduct walkabout in the terminal with Terminal Superintendent, HSSE Supervisors and terminal operations to identify what needs improvement and best practice in-place; recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate best practice to other terminals.
7. Take account of regulatory documentation required by local law and be the main point of contact with the local ministries:
-Assurance of Vehicles policy compliance including vehicle repairs, purchases and sales.
-Approval of equipment and services purchases.
- Answer Ministry claims and requests.
-Assure Ministry export permits for the company supplier.

Requirements:
 

1. At least 5 years experience as a Manager in a major Liquid Petroleum Terminal
2. Managing terminal engineering projects would be an advantage.
3. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree.
4. Post graduate degree in strategic, operational management or business administration is preferred.
5. 8-10 years of experience related to similar operations, including up to 6-7 years in a leadership role managing or supervising personnel.

1. Sr. Planner/Scheduler
Work Location ( Site Tangguh LNG – Papua Barat ) 
 
Qualification of Personnel
 
1. min education: S1/D3 Eng (Civil, Mech Eng)
2. relevant experience as 6 yrs in Engineering for Projects at Design Phase (FEED, Detailed Design) & EPCI 5 yrs as Project Scheduler / Project Control
3. completed trainings: Project Supply Chain, PTK007 MS Project / Primavera Schedule Assessment Tools 


Roles and Responsibilities
 
• Perform project scheduling Services for Company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: development & update of project schedule (up to level-4), collaboration with Contractors Project Controls Specialist to develop and update master schedule (resources loaded, WBS based), critical path identification in project schedule, etc.
• Work closely with Company and Company’s contractors during performance of project scheduling services for Company’s projects.
• Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with project scheduling
• Prepare detailed schedule for project execution covering all associated activities (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, etc.), interconnection among activities and determining critical path activities, by referring to historical data and/or appropriate duration benchmarks and/or professional judgment


2. HSE ENVIROMENTAL
Work Location ( Site Tangguh LNG – Papua Barat ) 
 
Qualification of Personnel

1. min education: S1 /D3
2. completed training: Project Risk, Human Risk
3. govt certifications/licenses:AK3 Migas SMK3
4. Minimum 3 ( three) years of oil & Gas Facility working experience in a HSE Safety Officer role
5. Minimum 5 ( five ) years working experience in relevant service to the Contract
6. Must Have Knowledge of applicable industrial HSE Practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, implement and apply Company’s HSE Standards and Practices.
7. Must have Received formal training in general safety ( e.g. Incident Reporting & Investigation, SMK3, Behavior Based Safety, Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid and Hazardous Chemical Handling) and must posses a valid certificate from recognized authority attesting to his/her safety training and qualification
8. Must have received formal training in specific safety training relevant to contract services ( e.g Marine Safety, Aviation Safety and Electrical Safety and Construction Safety.)and must posses a valid certificate. And must posses a a valid certificate from recognized authority attesting to his/her safety training and qualification.
9.Must have good planning and organizational abilities
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills
11. Good in English, both oral and written
12. High Analytical skill.
