1. Civil Inspector – Field Facilities (CP-A326)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of Civil QA/QC activities out of which at least 5 years in client position .
• Possess leadership qualities with a good analytical mind to manage the team of contractor QC personnel
• A self starter with proactive approach in foreseeing problems and setting in motion the corrective actions
• S1 graduate or equivalent with a good communication capability in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Knowledge on International standards like ASCI, AWWA etc., and the material testing methods
• Experienced in witnessing the tests at the laboratories
• Possess experience to conduct regular spot checks / spot audits on the on going civil activities at site and implement corrective actions as required
• Experienced in witnessing the fabrication and installation of civil steel structures
• Experienced in inspection of civil road construction works, culverts, fly over / over pass
• Experienced in civil building inspection works, inclusive of associated architectural / interior decoration works

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with live algae culture and algae     biomass, including monitoring of culture growth, determination of biochemical composition (lipid, protein, carbohydrate) and lipid characterization.
• Proficient with the operation of lab instruments and data systems to perform analytical tasks by such means ASE, elemental analysis, and nutrient autoanalyzer etc.
• Outdoor culture monitoring; collect and process samples, QA data, and generate reports
• Enters, tracks, analyzes, and reports data results, utilizing sophisticated spreadsheets and/or vendor software
• Possess superior writing, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• BS or MS degree in Marine Science, Oceanography, Microbiology or closely related filed with 3 years of relevant experience
• Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with algae biomass processing.
• Experience with Lab Safety Officer responsibilities.
• Strong problem solving ability and capable of taking on projects independently

Full Description:

As Project Control Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Shall keep management informed of the progress of the Work
2. Shall prepare a CPM project schedule and monitor the schedule to identify the resources required to keep the project on schedule
3. Shall analyze the schedule to identify potential areas of slippage and the required corrective action
4. Shall be responsible for all planning and control for the full duration of the Work”

General Qualifications:

2. S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical,Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University

SPECIALIST - CONTRACT o Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable. o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities. o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement. o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. SPECIALIST - PURCHASING o Graduate in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries. o Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place. o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking. o Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities. o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents. o Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus. o Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in Indonesian. o Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings. o Process mapping and facilitation skills.
