PCBA MANUFACTURING MANAGER (PMM)
 
Main responsibility is To lead, drive, support the business operations of the plant with the objective to reach/ maintain manufacturing excellence & Competitiveness in areas of quality, service and cost.

Requirements:
• Degree from reputable university in Industrial, Electronic, Electrical Engineering.
• Having min. 5 - 10 years in manufacturing management/ industrial/ Quality function.
• Experienced as Manufacturing Manager/ Operation Manager, preferable in PCBA.
• Demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance and having positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skill to lead the team.
• Must have a good command in English both spoken and written, French is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in BATAM Island.
