Five Commerce along with Rustam Dervishes Ir based in Jakarta. On May 6, shares of PT. Five Motorcycle 100% belongs to PT. Five Commerce.
In 1988 PT. Unitras First buy 68% stake in PT. Five motors and the rest is still owned by PT. Five Commerce.
In 1991 PT. Astra International Tbk is the majority owner of PT. Five Motor with 75% of the shares purchased by PT. Aryaloka Sentana of PT Unitras First. In the same year Isuzu Panther TBR 52, 2300 cc Direct Injection Diesel launched into the market.
