SALES CHANNELS MANAGER   Qualifications & experience: • Market knowledge on dairy & beverages industry, competition, market segmentation, market trend etc - i.e. able to speak the language in dairy and beverage Industries, and understand the market potential. • Financial understanding of P&L, Balance sheet, Sales statistics, Risk analysis etc. • General technical understanding of all product and applications. • Price management skill, including the usage of Pricing tool. • Strong coordination and communication skill • Strong in formulating Business Plan. • Excellent skill in motivating people - meaning strong in coaching from behind and allow Channels to grow   3.
