OFFSHORE DIVISION
1. Trainee Field Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
2. Trainee Procurement Staff (Fresh Graduate)
3. Trainee Cost Controller (Fresh Graduate)
Minimum Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fresh Graduate Bachelor Degree with GPA >3.00 from accreditation A University, graduated this year of 2016, from below major :
o Trainee Field Engineer : Ocean/Naval/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
o Trainee Procurement Staff : Finance/Accounting, Industrial Engineering
o Trainee Cost Control : Finance/Accounting, or any Engineering
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

4. Lead Crew Coordinator
Minimum Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree
- Have min. 8-10 year experience in same position
- Experienced in HR management specifically for crew and crew movement
- Familiar with Oil and Gas / EPCI company, offshore project
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
5. Marine Administrator
Minimum Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree
- Have min. 3-5 year experience in same position, preferably in EPCI company
- Strong knowledge in Marine Administration, including underwater permit, SIMOM, SBNP&DTT, BPI/Mapel, Security clearance, Heliport register & IPKA
- Familiar with Oil and Gas / EPCI company will be an advantage
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
6. Logistic Manager [Talent Pool]
Minimum Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree
- Have min. 10 year experience in same position, preferably in EPCI company
- Strong knowledge in logistic for offshore project (including formalities, custom clearance, marine, crew coordination, warehouse)
- Familiar with Oil and Gas / EPCI company
- Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
