Facilities Engineering Specialist (I & C)
Requirements
• Thorough and extensive knowledge of industry and Major Oil Company :
o Instrumentation and electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts
o Principles, theories, and concepts of SCADA, Control Systems (PLC/DCS), communications and network configurations
o Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices.
• Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of instrumentation hardware
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 3+ years of closely related professional engineering experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical communications
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Minimum 10 years experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering (additional knowledge in electrical engineer is a plus)
Senior Electrical Engineer 2
Requirements
• Thorough and extensive knowledge of industry with Major Oil Company experience an advantage:
o Electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts
o Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices
• Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of electrical equipment and hardware
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 7+ years of closely related professional engineering experience, 2+ years of which should be at the Senior Electrical Engineer level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
Environmental Coordinator
Requirements
• Broad technical and SH&E skills with basic understanding of project management and SH&E functional work processes
• 5+ years broad-based experience preferred, in environmental compliance and impact mitigation related to oil and gas industry, processing and transportation, with prior experience in one or more SH&E-related disciplines
• Knowledge of EMCAPS process, and in particular SH&E and OIMS deliverable requirements
• Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable to changing priorities
LOCATION: QATAR
Nationality: Indonesian
Panel Operator
Candidates should have a minimum of secondary education; engineering diploma is preferred, with at least 15 years experience as a DCS Panel Operator in a gas processing facility with preference for LNG liquefaction knowledge.
In addition, candidates must meet the following competency requirements:
• High aptitude with safety management systems
• High level of competency in relationship and team building including communicative skills between peers in the English language
• Transparency in reporting of production process problems, sharing of knowledge and lessons learned.
• High focus on process operations optimization and efficiencies including minimizing all flaring
• High focus in work management processes including permit to work, equipment isolations, temporary control system defeats, etc
Process Operators
Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 15 years of experience in LNG, LPG, Sour Gas Processing, Sulphur Recovery, Refinery or a similar process environment together with a mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of process instrumentation and DCS Operations.
In addition, candidates must meet the following competency requirements:
• High aptitude with Safety Management Systems
• High level of competency in relationship AND team building including communicative skills in English Language between peers.
Shift Supervisor
This position leads a team of people to meet the day to day requirements of the job. The incumbent will provide functional leadership for the safe, reliable and environmentally sound optimized operation of Company Onshore Gas Processing facilities.
Applicants must have a Diploma or Technicians Certificate in a related Engineering discipline with minimum 18 years experience in LNG, LPG, Sour Gas Treatment, and/or Sulphur Recovery processing plants, of which a minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory role.
Utility Operators
Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 15 years of experience in operating and monitoring the following plants and equipments: Fuel Gas/Sour Gas system, cooling water pumps and exchangers, desalination plant, potable water units, demineralizing units and softeners, nitrogen operators and cryogenic equipments, Air compressors and dryers, Flare system and sour/wet dry flare knock out drums, DCS, PLC, Foxboro, Etalba and Fire gas system, Permit to work system, Emergency response.
In addition, candidates must meet the following competency requirements:
• High aptitude with Safety Management Systems
• High level of competency in relationship AND team building including communicative skills in English Language between peers.
