Technical Superintendent (TS)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the vessels and setting criteria for optimum performance.
- Planning and effectively monitoring the vessels proper and timely performance of shipboard planned maintenance. Those who have worked with the ABS NS5 PMS will have an advantage.
- Carry out periodic internal vessel inspections and also to coordinate with the QHSE department for management systems and other third party audits/inspections.
- Investigate equipment damages, arrange repairs and implement corrective measures
- Participate in preparing vessels annual OPEX budget and monthly analysis of actual expenditures
Requirements:
- Min. ATT II ( Class II Marine Engineer ) or Degree in Marine Engineering or Ship Building
- Min. experience 5 years as Technical Superintendent inclusive of on board experience as Chief Engineer
- Previous work experience on offshore type vessel is a must
- Good in english both oral and written
- Willing to travel
