Reswara is a subsidiary of ABM Investama (a member of Tiara Marga Trakindo & Group) and is positioned as a sub-holding integrated coal-mine company. We owns 99.99% of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a medium-sized coal mine concession; and also owns 99.99% of PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR), a seaport terminal. We also owns 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) that fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under the name PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA). Total Reswara’s resources have reached 561 million tons and 221 million tons in reserves. Coal sales reached 4 million tons last year and is projected to increase to 6 million tons this year.

Budget & Planning Manager
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)

Scope of Works:

• To develop, propose, manage and evaluate the annual planning in Budget & Planning unit and ensure that the plan in in alignment with company overall planning.
• To plan and manage the process of collecting data and financial information to be compared with the budget and with the result of an accurate and a timely manner financial statement analysis.
• To identify the budgeting need of company and subsidiary to ensure the budget management is running in alignment with company strategic financial planning
• To analyze the company budget realization and to ensure the achievement of budgeting target
• To guide the implementation of budgeting system in the company for effectiveness and efficiency of budget realization

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor in Accounting, preferable Master degree in Finance / Accounting
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4
• Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in related field
• Having a good understanding in financial modeling, financial evaluation and analysis
• Good teamwork and having a pleasant personality



Business Process Analyst
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)

Scope of Works:

• Able to formulate business strategy and Balanced score card
• Able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across different business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
• Understands how the business processes support business and corporate strategies and objectives.
• Understands how the implemented applications and processes support the business processes models and enhances important business process diagrams
• Reviews the range of solutions available, and presents options and recommendations to the stakeholders on which ones to use.
• Determines and documents for the process owner the impacts of changes, and suggests policy, goal and rule changes.
• Communicates and translates the required capabilities and outcomes effectively between business process areas and supporting departments.
• Performs continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4.
• Prefer candidates who has previous related experience (2-3 years).
• Familiarity with cross-functional business processes
• Hands-on experience with process modeling, analysis and simulation tools
• Works well under pressure and keeps composure in stressful situations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to create original concepts on projects
• Ability to lead ownership transfer from project teams to the business
• Good communication skills and teamwork.


Business Process Assistant
(Jakarta-based, Temporary Position)

Scope of Works:

• Liase with department’s user in formulating and capturing business needs to be translated into policies and procedures.
• Assist in process mapping and administer related paperwork during project
• Administer policies and procedures. , including preparing flow chart and process flow by using Microsoft Visio
• Assist in conducting socialization with other department or all employees on approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Engineering or Management, fresh graduates preferable.
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4
• Familiar with MS office (word, powerpoint and visio).
• Has deep analytical thinking and familiar with process mapping approaches.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.


Compensation & Benefit Coordinator
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)


Scope of Works:

• Prepares and implements the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with regards to C & B processes and activities, and identifies opportunities to continuously improve the performance of the C & B business processes.
• Undertakes planning and development of various salary surveys, including identification of classes to survey, job matching, data verification, and interpretation of survey results and provides preliminary results to HR Manager.
• Conducts statistical analysis – e.g. trend analysis, regression, graphing in order to assess internal and external equity and prepares preliminary compensation recommendations such as pay models, retention bonuses, market and other pay modifiers, negotiations, and costing scenarios.
• Develops recommendation on improvements of employee’s compensation and benefits policy and procedure to ensure company’s level of competitiveness within market is maintained.
• Conduct calculation on performance-based of annual salary increase and performance bonus based on direction from Holding.
• Conduct the process of payroll in the system to meet payroll deadlines and ensuring that process is properly approved and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
• Performs activities related to benefits and personnel administration matters to include but not limited to JAMSOSTEK, Pension Plan, Overtime, Medical Reimbursement, Performance Bonus and other related activities.
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree preferable in Economics/Business Management, Accounting or related field study.
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit.
• Advanced user of MS Excel.
• High level of energy and commitment
• Good teamwork
• Good problem solving and analytical skills with detail orientation.


Recruitment & Industrial Relations Coordinator
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)

Scope of Works:

• Develops and regularly updates organization structure to be in line with the company short and medium term manpower requirements, and ensures all recruitment are within the approved manpower headcounts.
• Conduct the overall recruitment, selection and placement activities to ensure proper staffing and to meet the Company’s annual manpower targets in timely manner. In coordination with department heads recruits & selects potential candidates both from within and outside of the company.
• Assists the HR Manager on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP) and Company Policy, including socialize personnel policies & procedures to employees and provides information & clarification of the policies & procedures for employees upon requests.
• Carries out employee relations and industrial peace safeguarding that includes but not limited to handling grievances, disputes, dept head counseling services and recommending disciplinary actions & issuance of warning letters.
• Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree preferable in Economics/Business Management, Law or related field study.
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Recruitment and/or Industrial Relations.
• Understand UU no 13 year 2013 and other related manpower regulations.
• Outgoing personality with high level of energy and commitment
• Good teamwork


Radio Engineer
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)

Scope of Works:

• To assist the development and running the system process of all communication radio devices
• To support and fix all the problems occurred related with communication radio
• To do the maintenance for all communication radio devices
• To administer the need of communication radio as well as the record of the existing ones

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma preferable Bachelor degree in Information Technique or other Engineering field
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Wireless and Radio field
• Having a good understanding in trunking system
