Geotechnical Engineer (GE)
(Central Kalimantan)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
To perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produce standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production, and providing geotechnical expertise and services to other departments.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering
• Having “Pratama (POP) or Madya (PON)” Certification is preferable
• Have the ability to develop geotechnical standards, and conducting geotechnical assessment, and have knowledge of geotechnical and mine environmental in supporting mine production activities. With minimum of 3 years experiences
• Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software.
Sr. MINE ENGINEER (Sr. ME)
Jakarta & Central Kalimantan
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors
2. Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process
3. Estimate fleet requirements
4. Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
5. Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
6.Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.
7. Responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University
2. Min 6 years of experience in coal mining operation
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc
5. Computer literate
6. Good team-working skills
7. Good command in English both oral and written
8. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
9. Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CS)
Central Kalimantan
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the project plans and milestone are being met and keeping a project on schedule in budget and estimation cost
2. Implementation of methods and technology associated with infrastructures systems and construction programs
3. Lead, monitor and control mine infrastructure projects
4. Coordinating activities to construct capital project comprising Safety procedures and resolving any dispute which may arise on the site with minimum supervision
5. Knowledgeable with the construction industry
Experience Required:
1. Associate Degree (S1) in Civil / Structural Engineering with leadership qualities
2. Minimum 4 or 5 years experience as Construction Supervisor, mainly from Construction/Mining companies
3. Excellent experience managing construction teams and controlling budgets
4. Required experiences in Construction of Hauling Roads, Barge, Jetty Port, Docks, Crusher, Rom Stock Pile and Product Complete
5. Sound knowledge of construction site safety procedures, K3 / HSE

HSE SUPERINTENDENT (HSE SPT)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in overall legal activities including handling and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as various regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to operation, etc
• Establish good relationship and cooperation with internal (Legal team) and external parties including Government, Community representatives, Legal Counselor, External Lawyer related with crucial information and strategic legal matters
• Design and implement Legal policies, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Legal programs which meets Companys objective and goals
• Provide comments and opinions concerned with legal matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Legal & Law from reputable University is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years Legal experience in coal mining with Notaries experience is preferred
• Proficient in handling legal contract, competent knowledge of contract law, land law, administrative law, and legal drafting
• Possessing high level of interpersonal and communication skill
• Have strong leadership & human relationship skills, highly motivated and integrity, teamwork and independently
Production Supervisor (PSpv)
(Central Kalimantan)
Requirements:
• S1 Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the mining industry.
• Strong experience in an open pit coal mining environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Computer literate.
SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (Sr. CE)
