MINING AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT DIVISION
1. GM MINING FOR COAL& MINERAL
Responsibilities:
The GM will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering • Minimum 15 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc). • Minimum 5 years experiences as Manager in Mining operation • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential. • Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers. • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines. • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices. • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation. • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate. • Strong commitment to safety. • Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia
2. GM FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENTS & DUMPTRUCKS MAINTENANCE
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical from reputable university • Minimum 15 years experiences in heavy equipments & Dump trucks maintenance in mining operation • Min. 5 years experiences as Manager • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential. • Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers. • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines. • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation. • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate. • Strong commitment to safety. • Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia
3. PARTS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Control, manage and supervise logistic activities from order process to material arrival in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conforms to business ethics and company s procedure. • Control and monitor overall packing and transport handling process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures. • Monitor and control the company warehouse efficiency. Material Requisition vs Purchase Order cross checking, Cargo control, packing design, container loading to ensure warehouse system and procedure are adherence.
Requirements:
• D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering. • Min. 5 years experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably from Trucks & Heavy Equipment Dealership. • Good communication and negotiation skill. • Good reporting system. • Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.
4. TRAINER
• Candidate must possess at least STM/SLTA degree or equivalen
• Having knowledge of technical operation heavy Equipment and dumptruck (Excavator,Buldozer, Motor Greder, Dumptruck)

• Minimum 10 years experiences in handling heavy equipments & Dump trucks maintenance • Having min 2 years experiences as trainer with competency certificate • Computer Literate in using Ms Office, • Has capability to prepare animation training material (module) • Having knowledge of mining technical • Maximum age 45 years
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE DIVISION
5. SENIOR TAXATION
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Taxation • Minimum 5 years experiences in taxation • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at KAP (Kantor Akuntan Pajak) • having certificate Brevet A & B • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Fluent in oral & written English • Computer Literate in using Ms Office, Internet • Able to work under pressure
