Requirements:
- The candidates must have at least 12 years of widely diversified experience in design, coordination, project, and engineering management. Having experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer at least 5 years in EPC Oil and Gas Industries.
- The candidates at least bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering from a reputable university.
- The candidates must have project management professional (PMP) certification and preferably understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM).
- The candidates must have wide range of experience in industrial project area.
- The candidates have substantial experience of PCM engineering projects, including managing multi discipline design activities with international EPC contractors.
- The candidates must have good communication skills (written and oral) in Bahasa Indonesia and English, demonstrated through client interaction, supervision, proposals and presentations.
- The candidates must have good negotiation skills with Clients and Contractors through engineering and construction phases of the project and a good leadership and team building capability.
