Senior Geologist (Sr-Geo)
This is a staff position reporting to Exploration & Geology Superintendent. This position is based in Balikpapan and responsible to execute, control and monitoring of the Arutmin’s exploration drilling and geological mapping program, mainly but not limited to, area under developed, with objective of providing a sound basis for subsequent mine planning and other mining activities and also to manage geological database, and create/update/review geological model.Those with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Min. S1 Degree in Geology
- Having minimum 5 years experience in geological mapping and drilling exploration and or 3 years experience as Senior Geologist.
- Experience in geological modeling using Mincom Software or Minex Software.
- Have a license of safety POP or POM competency.
- Have a certificate of Senior Geologist Competency NQF5 – LSP Perhapi is preferable.
- Strong leadership skill and people management.
- Good communication skills in Indonesia and English both written and oral.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Program (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
- Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
