GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Have more 10 years experience at the same position in EPCC Projects
• Supervise Subcontractor work, coordination site work internal or client and Reporting construction progress
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelor Degree S1 graduate in Mechanical and Civil discipline
• Good in computer skill (AutoCAD, Power Point & Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication, energetic, dynamic and highly motivated
• Must have good ability to work in a team

HR OFFICER (JAKARTA)
Qualification & Experience:

• Have 3 – 5 years experiences in Human Resources Department, preferably those have joined EPC company
• Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation
• Age 25 – 30 years, Bachelor degree (S1) preferably from Economy/Law faculty from reputable university
• Understand Indonesian Labor Regulation, especially for engineering & construction
• Placement at Jakarta (office) and project site

Other Requirement :

• Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
• Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
