1. Accountant

Put as subject of the email : Accountant
Location : Pulau Sebuku, Kalimantan Selatan
Roster : 31-11 days
 
Requirements

a. Bachelor degree (S 1) in Accounting is preferred
b. Computer literacy, data entry skills and legible writing
c. Having 5 years related experience
d. Familiarity with SAP will be an advantage
e. Experience in Mining Industry will be an advantage
 
Main Responsibilities

1. To review and ensure invoices and accruals are properly recorded as per procedures
2. Coordinate, review and control payment are done on timely basis.
3. Reconcile bank statement and petty cash count monthly
4. Ensure all payments for land compensation accordingly to procedures.
5. Reporting to local government on monthly and quarterly basis in respect of profitability and royalty
6. Motivate, develop, and coach subordinates to improve their knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency to meet company’s objectives.
7. To participate in company’s safety and environment programs and regulations

 
2. Safety Trainer

Requirements
 
a. Minimum 5 year of working experience in related position in mining industry b. Minimum Diploma in related field and possess certification in safety training
c. Certified light vehicle and heavy equipment training
d. Sound awareness of competency based training system
e. Sound awareness of mine operational safety issue and excellent personal safety record
f. Thorough knowledge of equipment operator standard
g. Good English command
h. Able to use computer
i. Possess Sim A
j. Customer service oriented
 
Main Responsibilities

1. Develop, analyze, evaluate annual training programs plan as to ensure the program is delivered according to the plan
2. Identifies and prioritize training needs, programs or strategies so as to improve employee awareness on HSE
3. Develop, maintain and deliver all training materials in accordance with industry and regulatory standards using a variety of instructional techniques or formats in order to offer high quality training and instruction and measurement techniques and subject matter to ensure training efforts are maximized.
4. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness
5. Evaluates courses, materials, delivery and content organization to determine if courses performance objectives are met.
6. Monitor training costs to ensure budge is not exceed, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditure.
7. Conduct assessment to HE operator
8. Develop administration permitting system of HE operator competency
9. Prepare, collect, maintain data for monthly report as required by the company
10. Develop commissioning test procedures, testing equipment to make sure that it meets the given specifications and to document the test results
11. Oversee worker who are tasked with installing various systems and equipment.
12. Review, approve and oversee the installation and design of minor temporary commissioning supplies and systems.
13. Ensure the procedures, specifications and standards of the project is in compliance.
14. Make sure that all commissioning procedures follow all appropriate safety practices and procedures
 
3. Mine Planning Superintendent

Requirements

a. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer/Geology/Civil
b. 7 year experience in related position
c. Sound Knowledge on Engineering Processing and Mining Software
d. English Proficiency
 
Main Responsibilities

1. Check the availability of relevant data to be used in implementing design/scheduling activities and set up the objective of design/scheduling to ensure design/scheduling can be executed effectively.
2. Provide report which describes detail format or summary about task sequences to ensure that design/plan are delivered in correct order and executed effectively.
3. Monitor the implementation of design/scheduling activities and provide action plan if there’s any issues in the implementation to ensure design/scheduling activities can be executed effectively and efficiently.
4. Set up standard of work and procedures in executing the design/scheduling activities to ensure the result can be achieved optimally.
5. Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target.
6. Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
