PT Lamindo Inter Multikon, an associate of The Adani Group in Indonesia , is looking for the following personnel to join it’s team at the coal mine in Kecamatan Bunyu, Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia .
1. Coal Trading Analyst ( code : CTA )-Jakarta based.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in similar role.
• Age30-45 years old.
Other requirements:
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English.
Key Result Areas:
• Index Movement
o Analysis of weekly and monthly index movement
o Analysing index trends and relationship between indices and market prices
• Consolidation of unstructured weekly and monthly lineup data
o Volume by Destination
o Volume by shipper
o Volume by port
o Line ups vis-a-vis actuals
o Collecting and analysisng barging data
• Production
o For mines 5 MMT and above prepare a model by quarter with planned capacity kicreases
o For 0-3 and 3-5 MMT mines make % increase assumptions by size and by area Sumatra , central-, South-, and East- Kal) and use known mines as proxies
• Cost curve
o How much more production is available at what price points
o Talk to market participants, analyses reports and presentations to arrive at cost points and availability
• Domestic demand
o Tracking new power plants development
o Industrial demand increase from previous years using % growth based on GDP ,
o Keep track of DMO
• Stocks
o Collect and analyse stocks at key load points with some history
o Collects and analyse data on mine stocks
o Regular tracking of legislative risk /changes, weather, floating crane availability
2. TECHNICAL TRAINER (Code: TRN) - Bunyu based
Requirements:
• Education SMU /SMK
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as a field trainer; has extensive experience in maintenance and operating earthwork heavy equipment; DT Mercy/Volvo, Excavator, Dozer, etc. in mining company.
• Age 30 - 45 years old.
Other requirements:
• Possess Train of the Trainer certificate.
• Good use of English and basic computer.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.
Key Result Areas:
To deliver and develop training module which aims to provide skilled and competent employees to support the operational/production demand of man power.
3. SENIOR SURVEYOR (Code: SS) - Bunyu based.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Geodetic, Geologist or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years experience in similar role.
• Age 30-45 years old.
Other requirements:
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu.
• Familiar with GPS, good knowledge in topography, experience in coal mine.
• Holding POP certification would be advantage.
Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area, also providing calculation of system and measurement.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork & communicate openly and honestly at all times.
