Our company is a fast growing mining company located in Central Kalimantan, is seeking for suitably qualified and Fresh Graduated personnel for the following positions :
HR SUPERVISOR / STAFF (HR)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Min. Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university.
• Min. 2 years experiences at the same level.
• Know well and understanding of HR & GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation, CSR, Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit.
• Strong leadership, highly motivated, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.
QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
• Able to operating software Minescape.
• Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium.
• High Level of initiative and results oriented.
• Willing to be located at Site.
CIVIL ENGINEER (CE)
Qualifications :
• Male, min 25 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University.
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD/Land Development, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop.
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ME)
Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience
• Good knowledge in GDT and stack-tolerance analysis
• Applicants with working experience in Design Margin, Loss Function, Gage R&R will be preferred
• Good working knowledge in statistical tools (Six Sigma)
• 3D modeling and design skills on plastic/ sheet metal parts will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
ACCOUNTING (ACC)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University.
• Experience at least 4 years on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team and good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent knowledge & understanding in basic accounting and Indonesian taxation.
• Willing to be located at Site.
MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MC)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 2 years in Mechanical (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
