RECEPTIONIST/HRGAIM ASSISTANT
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible for :
• performing main role as Receptionist function which responsible for incoming call and (outgoing if needed), greet visitor, letter administration, meeting room arrangement • additional role as Assistant in HRGAIM Dept. : to support HRGAIM administration matters, i.e. attendance report, GA data update & invoice, recruitment data & interview schedule, DD filing, leave record, My Voice administration, Card distribution (ID, Medical, Jamsostek, Pension), Medical arrangement • Supporting L&D activities : room & training document preparation include refreshment, maintain training record in the training system (SABA) • Library administration : inventory, labelling encoding the collections, monthly report
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Min. Diploma/D3 (Secretary, Social, Information Management, Administration) • Having min. 2 years experience in the same position • Good administrative skills , computer-literate • Good command of English, both spoken and written • A team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated • Attention to details attribute is a must.
SALES MANAGER (NON UTILITIES)
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be accountable for : • Lead a sales team or sales projects • Deliver Net Sales, Margin and other relevant metrics in the assigned area / country • Manage customer relationships
Responsibilities :
• Participate in sales projects in own responsibility area and report the progress to relevant stakeholders • Manage and lead a sales team (setting targets and reviewing the performance of the sales team) • Execute or/and define action plans • Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships • Identify and develop relationships with potential customers • Organise and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers • Develop sales and customer satisfaction in the segment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• University/Master Degree (Mechanical, Electrical other technical or engineering disciplines) • Minimum 5 years experience working with marine power, private power, oil & gas services market & project development • Excellent selling skill • Comprehensive understand of the energy sector, especially in marine, private , oil & gas services market • Understand of business services market, financing, construction, operation, economic drivers • Excellent leadership with good interpersonal skills • Good written and communication skills in English
