Responsibilities
• Ensure all invoice are recorded, verified and approved before entering into accounting system.
• Complete any other tasks associated with invoice booking, such as checking approval, Responsible for ensuring all the companys tax obligations are comply with the Indonesia tax regulation.
• Responsible for reconciliation between tax object (PPh, PPN) and ledger that has been reported in SPT (tax reconciliation and equalization).
• Prepare monthly taxes payments to the bank.

Requirements:
• Female, 21 - 25 years old
• Min. D3 of accounting from reputable university
• Work experience min. 1 year in related position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Certified on Brevet A and Brevet B is prefered
• Good communication skill
• Able to operate “Accurate Program” is an advantage
• Attention to detail, good responsibility and willing to work under pressure

Requirements
• Male, min. 5 (five) years experience in coal mining industry
• Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineer/ Geology or related to the position

• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

Tanggung Jawab
• Menyiapkan Training Analysis dan Modul Training
• Memastikan semua karyawan yang di latih dapat mengoperasikan alat berat dengan benar, tepat dan dapat menjaga dan merawat alat berat tersebut
• Membuat perencanaan training untuk karyawan lama baik itu internal maupun external sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
• Membuat laporan training dan analisa mengenai training yang sudah diberikan
Kualifikasi
• Pendidikan Minimal STM jurusan teknik Mekanik/alat berat/otomotif
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan alat berat seperti excavacator, bulldozer, grader, dsb
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai trainer operator
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pelayanan dasar dan pemeliharaan peralatan berat
• Memahami Bahasa Inggris dan mengoperasikan komputer
• Memiliki leadership yang baik dan kemampuan untuk melatih orang lain
• Ditempat di branch Office Samarinda
