We located in Bontang, East Kalimantan, are currently seeking experienced, professional, who can work as a team with proven competencies in the whole range of development, improvement initiatives and compliance to take new challenge for the following positions,:
Reliability Engineering Manager
- Undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical with minimum 15 years experiences in the field of Plant Reliability/ Operations/Maintenance in the same industry
- Minimum 2-4 years in the following of Project Execution (EPC scope)
- Using Microsoft Project on planning and supervision of projects
- Understanding and be able to read engineering drawings (drawings, PID, Flow Diagram, etc)
- Enabled in the basic operations of computer software programs and applications CMMS/Guardian as well as other engineering software
- Training certificate in Reliability Engineering for Reliability Centre Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based inspection (RBI), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having Stimulation of high achievement
- Cooperate with all parties and can communicate well
- Having strong leadership skills and be able to think analytically and conceptually
- Having the technical ability/manager all professional
- Can adapt to changes
- Having a high commitment to the organization.
- Able to establish and build relationships with a variety of parties and networking
