01. MANAGER – STRATEGIC PLANNING
o Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology or Geotechnical qualifications may be considered. o Extensive experience and proven skills in long term mine planning; in particular involving open cut coal mining operations. As a guide, ten (10) years plus experience should be used. o Strong people management skills, ideally with training and supervision. o Excellent written and oral communication skills to produce reports and to deal with a diverse range of personnel. o Commitment to KPC’s general standards and more specifically the safety and environmental standards o Negotiation and influencing skills. o Analytical and problem solving skills. o Good grasp of engineering and economic principles. o Financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibilities. o Knowledge and exposure to a range of planning techniques and the tools to translate those ideas into reality.
02. SUPERINTENDENT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation. o Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia. o Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation. o Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.
03. SENIOR ENGINEER – PROJECT MECHANICAL
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering. o More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/management experiences. o Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous. o Having experience on Project Management i.e cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control. o Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators. o Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties. o Having good communication and leadership skill to encourage team for pursuing the project objective.
04. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT
o Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable. o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities. o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement. o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
05. SPECIALIST - COMPUTER OPERATION
o Have experience and proven skills in administering UNIX (Linux & HPUX) and Windows servers (minimum 3 years) with a broad knowledge in the fields of computing. o Have good knowledge of UNIX and Windows server operating systems. o Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or holding a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or recognized organization in computing services.
06. SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING
o Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development. o Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs. o Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques. o Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. o Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills o Sound computer skills in MS Office other popular applications.
07. SUPERVISOR – PROJECT (MECHANICAL)
o Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able to check design results in at least two different ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience. o Ability to write clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language.
08. ENGINEER – MINING
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering. o Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage. o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers. o Having experience in using MINEX software.
09. ENGINEER – PROJECT (ELECTRICAL POWER) – NTP
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences. o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English 2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills 3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills 4. Computer literate (MS Office) 5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
