PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com)is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.
One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:


1. Road & Hauling Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Memonitor pekerjaan hauling
• Memonitor keadaan jalan yang dilalui hauling
• Memonitor kinerja / performance alat berat yang digunakan untuk perbaikan jalan
• Memastikan zero accident
• Melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak setempat terkait masalah hauling

Requirements:

• Minimal Sarjana di bidang Teknik Sipil /Geologi/mining/engineering
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang pertambangan dan 3 tahun sebagai Road dan hauling supervisor
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam perbaikan jalan baik upgrading maupun maintenance jalan
• Berpengalaman dalam memonitor penggunaan alat berat
• Memiliki standar kerja yang tinggi
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik




2. Hauling Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Memastikan kuantitas dan kualitas hasil pengiriman sesuai tempat asal
• Mengetahui setiap jalan yang dilalui truck yang membawa cargo perusahaan
• Mengedepankan keselamatan kerja dengan unit dan driver yang baik
• Memastikan tidak terjadi penumpukan cargo dari daerah asal (stock pile management
• Mengawasi logistic atau truck management agar kebutuhan truck sesuai dengan produksi batubara

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang pertambangan dan 1-2 tahun sebagai hauling supervisor
• Memiliki pengalaman di bagian logistic
• Berpengalaman dalam mengkoordinir unit hauling dan mencari jalan alternative untuk di akses
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi
• Rapi, terstruktur, terorganisir, informative, fleksibel



3. Land Acquisition Staff (Code: LAS)

Responsibilities:

a. Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities.
b. Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.
c. Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
d. Final review upon all supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation.
e. Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with company’s lawyer/law firm).

Requirements:

a. Min. S1 from reputable university.
b. Min 2 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition in coal mining industries and or tower building companies.
c. Good track records of delivering quality and targets within established variances.
d. Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks.
e. Good knowledge in mining industry and ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools.
f. Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues.
g. Willing to be placed on site (Sumatera Selatan)


4. Electrical Engineering Supervisor

a. Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in Mining Industry
(Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc)
b. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
c. Having good knowledge in Electrical Engineering, specific: Medium Voltage & Low voltage for power distribution system to Crushing Plant, Screening Station, Stacking & Reclaimer, Building & Infrastructure Facility, etc
d. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
e. Good Command in English both oral and written
f. Good understanding the standard role of the Electrical works
g. Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area


5. Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

a. Minimum 5 years experiences to involve Capital & Operating project in Mining Industry (Coal, Nickel, Gold, etc)
b. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
c. Having good knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, specific: Bulk Material Handling Equipment (Crusher, Screen, Feeder, Conveyor, Stacking & Reclaimer), Infrastructure & Utility Facility (Power supply, Fuel Handling, Water Supply System& HVAC
d. Ability to using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Ms Office, etc
e. Good Command in English both oral and written
f. Good Understanding the standard role of the Mechanical works, piping, etc
g. Highly self motivated person, good communication skill, attention to details, accurately, hard working, good initiative & team work
h. Flexible and dynamic person, willing to work either in Jakarta or site area


6. Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Accountable to lead, execute, and manage project management plans to achieve business target
• Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost
• Control actual project cost against budget.
• Develop project report
• To promote and maintain a safe workplace in order to ensure no incidents occur.

Requirements:

• Have at least Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Age: 32 & up
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 5+ years.
• Experience working as a factory / operation manager medium to large size is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
• Skills should include organizational development, personnel (100+ people) management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
• Strong commitment to safety


7. Finance & Accounting Senior Supervisor (Code : FIS)

Requirements:

• Female/Male, Age max 30 years
• Min. S1 Accounting/Finance Management
• Min. 5 years experience in similar field
• Have a deep knowledge and experienced minimum 3 years in using SAP
• Having certification of Brevet A/B courses would be an advantage.
• Familiar in finance report and having knowledge about banking transactions and LC
• Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent in English (oral & written)
• Result oriented, hard working and able to work under pressure


8. Audit Senior Staff

Requirements:

• Male, Maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years experience in Registered Public Accountant or in Internal Audit Function
• Having experience in coal mining industry would be an advantage
• Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
• Good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluently in English both oral and written
• Understand about risk management / internal control awareness
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Creative, self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision


9. Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate to make sure recruitment service level can support three sites: Jakarta, Sumatra and Kalimantan (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
• Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in the strictest timely basis with high qualified employee
• Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system which include to build SOP, recruitment flow, recruitment report and recruitment standard.
• Build up a candidate data bank to support a high quality results through HRIS
• Determine the psychological benchmark and interview competency benchmark for job grading in both holdings and site.
• Able to review KPIs subordinates and make a continuous improvements for the standards.

Requirements:

• Have an education background of bachelor degree in psychology, human resource or equivalent.
• Have an experience for 5 years in doing recruitment, 2 years in a managerial level.
• Able to do multitasking and work in a tremendous amount of target and pressure.
• Exhaust to fulfill a large amount of head count seek in a limited time.
• Able to join immediately with maximum one month notice.
• Come from a mining background is preferable.
