We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
• Have min. Senior high school with 10 years” experience in mining environment.
• Have heavy earth moving equipment operator codes; HE Excavator codes; POP (Pratama) certificate.
• Understanding of loading efficiency vs cost effectiveness and production cost; skilled operator of wide range of Excavators in open pit mining; experienced Truck driver in open pit mining an advantage; have knowledge of equipment operation techniques vs maximum equipment availability.
• Will require to focus on improving and standardizing the Excavator operator, loading point supervision and circuit efficiency across the sites.
• You should ready travel to site.
• Have min. Senior high school with 10 years” experience in mining environment.
• You should have heavy earth moving equipment operator codes; HE Truck & Dozer codes; POP (Pratama) certificate.
• Understanding of need for timely loading, transport and dumping in relation to cost effective production.
• Skilled driver in a wide range of dump truck types in open pit mining; skilled operator in a wide dozer types in a mining environment; experienced in supervision/leadership in mining operational circuits.
• Min. Diploma in formal health safety and environmental education will be an advantage
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate
• Minimum of 3 years” experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HSE trainer/safety officer/ member of rescue team.
• Min. S1 degree in either Law / Economic/ Psychology / Business
• Previous experience in leading a team (3 years); IR / ER experience (5 years); Recruitment experience (2 years); or HR Generalist
• Previous experience in leading a team (min 3 years)
• Extensive knowledge in Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules & Manpower Regulations
• Experience in mining industry / construction project;
• Min. S1 degree in either Law / Economic/ Psychology / Business
• Experience in dealing with Industrial Relation (min 2 years)
• Extensive knowledge in Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules & Manpower Regulations
• Experience in mining industry / construction project;
• Min. Tertiary degree in English Language Education Study Program.
• Minimum of 2 years” experience in English language teaching for adult
• Had lived abroad in a English speaking country will be of advantage.
• Excellent skills in English (IELTS 6,5); facilitation skills; has knowledge in training system principles & concept.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
