G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:


Permitting & Compliance Superintendent (PGR 0105)


This position will be based in Martabe project, Batangtoru of North Sumatera and reports directly to the Permitting & Government Relations Manager.

The role of this position will be responsible to arrange and obtain all permits in the local, provincial and central government as required under PTAR COW and the prevailing Indonesian Law and Regulations. The position must also ensure that all company reporting obligations to the local government are fulfilled in due time. Failure to comply can result in the Company s financial loss and barrier to the company operation/activities.


Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Degree in Science/Engineering with management training, or 7-10 years of experience in an equivalent field.
2. Good communication skill both Indonesian and English.
3. Knowledge of the applicable regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. Have experience(s) as a team work or coordinator of Amdal or Feasibility Study process of a natural resources industry.
5. Ability to remain calm in tense conditions.
6. Good and strong personality.
7. Friendly and professional, and adaptable to changes in the government institutions.
8. Experience in working with multinational company s operation and understanding about mining company is a value added.


Education & Sponsorship Supervisor (CR 0109)


This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to the Superintendent of Community Services.

The role of this position will be responsible to assist Community Service Superintendent in identifying, developing, implementing, and monitoring community development programs in particular for education project and philanthropic supports (such as donation, sponsorship and humanitarian aid).


Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Diploma-III in Education & Training, Social, Communication or relevant Degree. Bachelor Degree is preferably from Education & Training and Social science.
2. Experienced with community development programs.
3. Familiar with education enhancement programs.
4. Familiar with philanthropic supports.
5. Familiar with partnership manner and stakeholder engagement.
6. Knowledge of national education system & educational trend.
7. Good command of English.
8. Good monitoring and evaluation skill.
9. Good writing skill.
10. Good communication skill.
11. Adequate analytical skill.
12. Knowledge of social development assessment and planning using methods such as

Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Community Self Assessment (CSA) .
