Mine Technical Manager
(Sarolangun, Jambi)
Qualification
• Male, max. 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree (Mine Engineering/Geological Engineering).
• Having minimum 5 years experience in open cut coal mine.
• Hold at least “Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP)” Certification.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluent in english, speaking, writing and listening
• Good leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to be place at Sarolangun - Jambi.
Responsibilities:
• To plan, lead, direct and control the technical activities.
• Providing technical support and information.
• Ensure sustainable improvement in maintaining high quality coal and Site environmental compliance.
• Reviewing mine engineering plan.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
Permitting & Government Relations Officer
(Jakarta, Indonesia)
Qualification:
• Degree in Science / Engineering or 3 - 5 years of experience in an equivalent field.
• Good communication skill both Indonesia and English.
• Knowledge of the applicable regulation of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Ability to remain calm in tense conditions.
• Good and strong personality, friendly, professional and adaptable to changes in the government institutions.
• Experience in working with multinational company”s operation and understanding about mining company is value added.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and conceptual skills will be preferred.
• Willing to travel to Jambi.
Responsibility :
Role of this position to obtain and maintain all necessary development and operations permits and conformances in line with prevailing Indonesian Law & Regulations and also to develop and maintain professionals relationship with Central and regional Governments, local, provincial and central members of parliaments as well as other related stakeholders.
Legal Affairs
(Jakarta, Indonesia)
Qualification :
• Male, max. 40 years old.
• Hold bachelor degree (S-1) in law with minimum GPA 3,00.
• Having min. 2 years experience at the same position, in the mining Company is a must.
• Excellent English drafting (TOEFL score min. 550)
• Experienced in obtaining permit and licenses.
• Outstanding ability in communicates with governmental officials.
• Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working, trustworthy and result oriented.
• Able to handle multi tasking job.
• Willing to travel to Sarolangun - Jambi.
