A mining corporation in Indonesia, We are inviting qualified person to fill the position of:
1 Project Manager (PM)
2 Human Resources and General affair (HR & GR ) Manager
3 Accounting tax manger (ATM)
Qualification :
- S1/S2 in engineering (PM), S1/S2 psychology (HR & GR), S1/S2 in Accounting (ATM) and min GPA 2,80, male age 35-45 years old
- 10 years experience as (PM), 5 years experience as (HR & GA ), 5 years experience as (ATM)
- Able to calculate to heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine , able to plan middle term and long term of mining process.
- excellent knowledge in Indonesian labor laws & regulation, strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by management, familiar with recruitment and payroll process, design, evaluate and modify HR system for work efficiency and effectiveness (HR & GA)
- Excellent knowledge & understanding in basic accounting and Indonesian taxation (ATM)
- speak and written English fluently ( PM, HR & GA, ATM)
- Application must be willing to work in Sulawesi and around Indonesia (PM, HR&GA)
