Site Manager
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
• Pria, usia 35 – 40 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal D3, S1
•Menguasai dan mahir program Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCad, Internet mutlak dipersyaratkan.
• Pengalaman di bidang Perusahaan / Kontraktor Nasional >6tahun sebagai Site Manger.
• Menguasai dan mahir membuat project budget, projection report, dan cash flow.
• Memahami pengukuran total station
• Memahami CBR test dan Sand Cone test serta standard proctor test.
• Menguasai dan bisa membuat work sequence, shop drawing Matching alat, Productivity alat berat /alat angkutuntuk pekerjaan general construction, drainage, earth work.
• Menguasai perhitungan mechine application serta target production untuk pekerjaan earth work.
• Menguasai perhitungan mechine application, target production, effisiensi work hour, fuel consumption, untuk pekerjaan earth work
• Menguasai dan bisa menghitung cost of production untuk pekerjaan general construction, drainage, earth work.
• Pengalaman memimpin site proyek general construction, drainage, earth work > 300 orang
• Dapat bekomunikasi dengan baik dan dapat menjaga hubungan baik dengan owner
• Pengalaman mengerjakan proyek earth work dengan populasi alat > 100 unit
• Pengalaman dengan proyek >100 miliar.
• Siap bekerja dengan deadline dan target yang ketat.
• Siap ditempatkan diluar pulau jawa.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Jakarta Raya - All Around Indonesia
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical from reputable university
• Min. 5 years experiences as Manager
• Having knowledge of marketing skill.
• Aproven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technica awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia
Mine Engineer Head
Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan - Sumatra
Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Willing to travel or be located at Sumatera, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera
Ka. Bag. Peralatan
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
• Dapat mereview biaya biaya perencanaan agar tetap atau berkurang dari budget dalam semua item item perencanaan.
•Dapat memimpin dan hadir untuk meeting setiap minggu.
•Dapat mengimplementasikan jadwal perawatan dan perbaikan alat alat berat
• Dapat menservis alat alat berat sesuai dengan prosedur. Requirements:
• Pria usia 30-40 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal STM atau sederajat,D3/Politeknik diutamakan.
• Memahami kualifikasi kualifikasi teknik mekanikal
• Pengalaman minimum 6 tahun dalam proyek proyek earth work dengan populasi alat > 100 unit
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang bagus secara lisan dan tulisan
• Menguasai dan mahir program Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet mutlak dipersyaratkan.
• Siapditempatkan diluar pulau jawa.
HSE Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan-Sumatra-Maluku
Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Good communication skills
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Sumatera area or Obi island, South Halmahera.
HRD & GA Superintendent
Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan-Sumatra
Responsibilities:
• To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HRD&GA daily activities
• To manage recruitment and staffing process
• To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
• To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
• Control & Monitoring daily manpower time sheet as at project site.
• Check & Monitoring of the Employee Salary & Overtime calculation.
• Check & Monitoring Jamsostek & Health Insurance.
• Check, Control & Monitoring the Employee Roster Leave.
• To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization
• Control & Supervisory Camp Boss, and Camp Crew activities at the site.
• Government Relation & Community Development.
• Process Business Liaison Permit from the local authority.
• Supervisory, Control and monitoring Security Member activity
• Supervisory, Control and Monitoring Transport activity.
• Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering from reputable university
• Min. 5 years experiences in related position, in mining industry.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good in analytical, reporting and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Sumatera area or Obi island, South Halmahera.
